Scars Above est un jeu prenant place dans un mystérieux monde alien qui est sorti fin février sur PC, Gen 8 et Gen 9. Un mois après son lancement, les équipes de développement reviennent sur la musique qui compose le jeu.
Les développeurs de Mad Head Games, plus spécifiquement les Sound Designers, les compositeurs du studio ainsi que la star de YouTube TheDooo partagent leurs expériences à propos de plusieurs éléments sonores du jeu, de la bande-son aux différents bruitages.
La présence de TheDooo est restée secrète jusqu’à la fin, l’annonce n’a été faite qu’une semaine avant la sortie du titre. Le Youtubeur a en effet participé à la production de la musique du jeu et en a également composé un morceau.
A propos de l’histoire :
Une structure alien colossale et énigmatique apparait en orbite de la Terre. L’humanité l’appelle « Le Metahedron ». L’équipe « Sentient Contact Assessment and Response » (SCAR), constituée de scientifiques et d’ingénieurs, est envoyée pour enquêter.
Les choses ne se passent pas comme prévu et le Metahedron transporte Kate et son équipe à travers l’espace jusqu’à une mystérieuse planète extrasolaire. C’est ici que Kate se réveille seule dans un monde étranger et hostile. Bien déterminée à survivre, elle part à la recherche de son équipe et se résout à découvrir le mystère derrière ce qu’il s’est passé.
